Product Feed

Product feed is a file with a list of products, saved in XML format (in Google Merchant Center format) placed on the client's server. The file should contain all current products on offer and be updated at least once every 24 hours.

Product information should be prepared to be sent via a data file - we only accept Google Merchant Center XML formats (feeds in other formats must be additionally accepted).

Required product attributes

Required attributes are necessary to run broadcast. Preparing optional and detailed attributes will increase the effectiveness of advertising activities.



Unique product identifier. It can consist of both numbers and letters. For the same product, the ID should be the same with each update. Otherwise, there may be errors in the correct presentation of the products.

Product category – OPTIONAL

Thanks to the category, the product will be able to find the right place on the website, so it is important to be able to determine the type of product based on it. The more precise and similar to our catalog the name of the category, the sooner the product will appear on our website. Categories with too general names, which are the names of manufacturers, brands and series, will significantly slow down or block this process.

Product Name - REQUIRED

Full product name. Including the type of product, its most important features in the name and not using abbreviations will make the products easier to find on the website.

Product description - REQUIRED (min. 100 characters)

The description should match the description on the product page in the store. The description should include such information about the product as dimensions, material from which it is made, purpose, style, etc. The description can only be in the form of text - it is not possible to add pictures to it. All html tags are automatically removed from the description due to the maintenance of a uniform website layout. Use a white line feed to break text into paragraphs and lines.



Please enter all available sizes for this product. The next size is a separate product grouped by the <g:item_group_id></g:item_group_id>

Brand/Manufacturer – REQUIRED

Provide a product brand that is generally recognized by customers. Thanks to this, you will be able to find the product on the website by the manufacturer's name (e.g. using the appropriate filter), and its logo will be placed under the product.



EAN (in Europe / GTIN-13) 13-digit number, e.g. 3001234567892.

We recommend providing the EAN code, which will enrich your offer and enable unambiguous identification of products. Some Google Shopping programs may exclude products without this attribute, or access to all features may be restricted.


Link to the product page. The link must lead directly to the product page, where the customer will be able to add it to the basket. The link must be unique.


Vertical rectangular format. Each image must be of good quality and resolution, the recommended size is 1000x1400 px with a maximum weight of 1MB. The photo must show the product on a white, transparent or neutral, light background, preferably in a uniform shade. For pin photos, we recommend a photo of the product on a model against a neutral background.

The square format will work only for photos of the product itself (so-called packshots) on a white or transparent background. The recommended size is 1000x1000 px, and the maximum weight is 1MB.

The main photo cannot contain watermarks, logos or marketing information. It also cannot present a fragment of the product that will make it difficult to identify it. It also cannot be an arrangement photo in which it is not known which element is the offered product.

Requirements as to the quality and format of additional photos are the same as for the main photo. The difference is that additional photos do not have to have a uniform color or transparent background.

The more photos are provided, the greater the purchasing intention of users, and the more calorific traffic to the website. Research conducted by WP confirms that users indicate the number of available product photos as one of the most important factors influencing the purchase decision.

If at the same time there is a promotional price next to the product, this price will be presented as the price before the promotion was in force (e.g. it will be crossed out or described with the slogan "old price") and should, in accordance with the Omnibus Directive, i.e. Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2019/ 2161 of 27 November 2019 amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directives 98/6/EC, 2005/29/EC and 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards better enforcement and modernization of EU data protection rules consumer, present the lowest price of the product within 30 days before the start of the promotion.

Depending on the age group a given product is addressed to, enter one of the following values between the tags:

  • Newborn Newborn Up to 3 months. Newborn sizing is often indicated by age in months (0-3) or by "newborn".

  • Infant Infant 3-12 months. Infant sizes are often specified by age in months (3-12).

  • Toddler Toddler (1-5 years) Sizes for children aged 1-5 are often specified by age in months (12-24) or years (1-5).

  • Kids Kids 5-13 years. All sizes in this group are designed for children in this age range.

  • Adult Adult Usually teenagers or adults. All sizes in this group are for teens and adults.
